I recently added the new YSL beauty line to my beauty arsenal, the YSL Rouge Pur Couture and the Touche Éclat Blur Primer & Perfector. Read below for my first impression.
The primer is a clear gel with gold sparkles which can clearly be seen through the bottle. However once you put the gel on your face, the sparkles are no longer noticeable, especially after putting on foundation. Sparkles or not, your skin will look and feel smooth after putting on the primer. You’ll have that smooth and flawless look in no time as the silicone in the gel fills in your pores and fine lines. The silicone went on gently and didn’t cause any reaction or breakout.
The Blur Perfector is a balm which is also silicone based. It’s extremely smooth and blurs any imperfections. I put it mostly on my cheeks and it gave me a touch of a rosey look on my skin. By the end of the day, my makeup was still set and shine-free.
The YSL Rouge Pur Couture lipsticks are just as beautifully packaged as the others. Yup, I’m a sucker for great packaging :)! They are rich and long lasting. I’ve used the neutral color more since the pink is quite summery.
Have you tried YSL Rouge Pur Couture or Blur Primer & Perfector?
